mysqli::ping -- mysqli_ping — ping 一个连接，或者如果连接处于断开状态，重新连接

检查到服务器的连接是否还正常。在启用 mysqli.reconnect 选项的前提下，如果连接已经断开，ping 操作会尝试重新建立连接。
注意: mysqlnd 驱动会忽略 php.ini 中的 mysqli.reconnect 选项，所以它不会自动重连。
客户端建立连接之后，长时间处于闲置状态，可以用此函数来检查服务器是否关闭了这个连接，如有必要，将会自动重新建立到服务器的连接。
成功时返回 true， 或者在失败时返回 false。
If mysqli error reporting is enabled (MYSQLI_REPORT_ERROR) and the requested operation fails,
a warning is generated. If, in addition, the mode is set to MYSQLI_REPORT_STRICT,
a mysqli_sql_exception is thrown instead.
